Do you seek big, complex, ambiguous problems Are you passionate about having a meaningful impact on the experience, effectiveness, and efficiency of your colleagues through innovative technology solutions Do you want to be part of a global finance transformation journey enabling best-in-class data solutions In this role, you will manage the data reconciliation process across the enterprise finance systems landscape, leading all aspects of the day-to-day operations of our third party service provider team in India who performs our daily reconciliation activities. The role will be responsible for data reconciliation protocols to meet evolving business needs, ensuring all processes are robustly documented and governed. They will drive adherence to agreed upon SLA's with the third party, and monitor daily progress of data quality dashboards and reports, ensuring all identified issues are triaged and remediated in a timely fashion. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate strong collaboration skills, as you will be working closely with Run Support, Data Governance, and IT teams as well as with other finance and business partners across the organization to drive timely issue resolution and ongoing data quality improvement projects to prevent recurrence of identified data defects. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the third-party service provider reconciliation model and manage the day to day relationship ensuring all service levels are met. Lead and direct the data reconciliation process in a strategic manner with an agile and enterprise view in mind, ensuring the availability, usability, and integrity of financial data to support critical daily/monthly/quarterly reporting activities. Ensure robust procedural documentation is in place and being followed. Partner across business and functional teams to ensure effective solutions are being implemented to maintain process continuity. Support continuous improvement activities. Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Finance or Accounting. Master's degree or MBA preferred. Advanced certifications, such as CPA, CMA and/or Project Management Professional (PMP) is preferred. Experience and Skills: Required: A minimum of 4 years functional experience with SAP Central Finance or similar ERP systems is required. Experience with Anaplan or similar planning tools is preferred. Financial accounting, planning and reporting experience is required. Experience with source to target data reconciliation processes for ERP, data warehouses and/or planning systems is strongly required. Ability to work in ambiguous situations, proactively identifying and mitigating process risks within a cross-functional, global organization and effectively lead and govern decision-making bodies is required. Excellent oral and written communication, analytical, influencing skills and ability to develop strong relationships with key business partners is required. Preferred: Experience in DQ tools, like SAP Information Steward. ServiceNow or similar issue management system experience. Innovative and continuous improvement mentality with the ability to translate a complex business operations landscape into a streamlined process design. Experience working within a manufacturing and/or healthcare/life sciences business is preferred. Other: The role may require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel.
