Job Scope
- Developing and maintaining financial policies and procedures.
- Coordinating and communicating with the other finance and accounting teams in group.
- Preparation of IPO in USA.
- Hiring, training and retaining competent finance staff
- Perform special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed
- Bachelor Degree in Finance / Accountancy and above
- 5 \xe2\x80\x93 8 years of working experience in manufacturing industry or MNC or start-up company
- Possess Funding / IPO experience(Especially in USA) will be added advantage
