The Company Our client is a public company in semiconductors/eletronics space and headquartered in Singapore with global presence across Asia, Europe and United States. Annual revenue of more than SGD 500 million with manufacturing plants in Singapore, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam and Finland.

The Role Our client is looking to recruit a high calibre Finance Director to manage the significant operating business entity in Singapore. This role shall report to the Group CFO and oversee the full spectrum of finance and controlling function of the entity with support of a 10-finance professional team.

You shall oversee the consolidation of management reporting and analysis for manufacturing operations and R&D centres globally. Your responsibilities include consolidation of annual budget across all global sites and coordinating monthly submissions across various business units such as global operations, corporate finance, standard costing, product costing, inventory management and capex reporting. Last but not least, you will drive the annual budgeting cycle and ensure timely and accurate budget submission to meet corporate deliverables.

Your Profile A strong track record of effective business partnership and good communication skills are essential. You shall have at least 15 years of finance experience and prior working experience in a fast paced semiconductors/eletrotronics manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is a creative, passionate, and analytical problem-solver who acts quickly, is comfortable in a hands-on role, and is motivated to develop new approaches. This position requires a solution-oriented candidate with a combination of business acumen, knowledge of financial and accounting best practices, and an analytical mindset. Previous experience with fully integrated SAP, ERP systems is strongly preferred.
