Job Description
Job duties
==============
Strategic Financial Planning
Develop and oversee the company's financial strategy and long-term planning.
Support business growth with budgeting and forecasting.
Team Leadership
Supervise and mentor accounting/finance staff .
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and legal advisers.
Business Partnering
Provide financial insights to the CEO or business owner to support decision-making.
Work with operations and sales to evaluate pricing, margins, and costs.
Financial Management
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
Manage accounts payable/receivable and inventory finance.
Risk Management
Identify financial risks and implement internal controls.
Develop policies to safeguard assets and manage liabilities.
Accounting and Reporting
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, annually).
Prepare financial statements in compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS).
Job Requirements

Educational Background
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA, CA (Singapore), or ACCA qualification preferred.
#
Experience
10+ years of progressive accounting and/or finance experience. At least 6 years in a leadership or senior finance role. Experience in trading, import/export, or SME environments is advantageous.

Personal Qualities
Strategic thinker with operational practicality. Strong integrity and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Able to work independently and adapt to a lean organizational structure.
