Develop and execute financial strategy aligned with the company's goals.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Prepare timely and accurate financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing financial risk.
Lead cash flow management, working capital optimization, and funding strategies.
Ensure compliance with statutory law, financial regulations, and internal policies.
Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory agencies as needed.
Develop and implement robust internal controls and financial procedures.
Provide financial insight and recommendations to support business decisions.
Manage, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
Support M&A activities, investment strategies, and corporate development initiatives (if applicable).
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
CA, CFA, ACCA or equivalent professional qualification is a plus.
Minimum [8-10] years of progressively responsible financial leadership experience.
Proven track record of strategic financial planning, budgeting, and team leadership.
Experience with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
