The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in overseeing all financial aspects, ensuring compliance, and delivering insights that will guide expansion efforts and optimize operations.Position OverviewAs the Finance Director, you will report directly to the Managing Director and be responsible for leading the finance function across Southeast Asia. You will manage the full scope of financial strategy, from budgeting and forecasting to cost optimization and regulatory compliance. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned finance leader with extensive experience in the F&B, retail, or hospitality industries who is passionate about driving financial performance in a high-growth environment.Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Financial Leadership: Design and implement financial models to support business growth and profitability across Southeast Asia.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring financial objectives are aligned with the company\'s goals.
• Financial Analysis & Reporting: Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to executive management, providing data-driven insights.
• Cost Management: Drive cost efficiencies across food, labor, and operations to maximize profitability.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure regulatory compliance within Singapore and all regional markets, creating policies to mitigate financial risks.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with investors and stakeholders to deliver timely, transparent, and accurate financial reports.
• Team Leadership: Develop and lead the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA/CA is preferred.
• Experience: At least 10+ years in finance roles, including 5+ years in senior leadership, ideally within F&B, retail, or hospitality sectors.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.
• Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies in alignment with business objectives across diverse markets.
• Leadership: Proven experience leading and mentoring a finance team in a cross-regional setting.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial information for a diverse audience.
