Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the security and integrity of financial data in the ERP system and develop data backup and recovery strategies.
- Using ERP systems to generate various financial statements and analysis data to provide the management with decision support and strategic recommendations.
- Assist in planning and evaluating the company\'s financial system infrastructure needs, including hardware, software, and network requirements.
- Assist to internal user training, help colleagues to familiar with the EPR system.
- You will coordinate with system engineers to write the script and test for the results.
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computer science or finance/ business related
- Ability to understand financial statements, apply accounting concept in ERP set up and manage internal control processes in ERP system will be an advantage.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in O&M support of ERP system (Oracle Netsuite First) sales, procurement and finance-related modules.
- Fluent in Chinese and English as you need to liaise with Chinese counter parts for reporting.
- Willingness to learn new technologies of financial and ERP systems.
