Job Description

My client is an established player in the real estate investment industry that is looking to build a team in Singapore to support their regional finance transformation initiatives. They are looking for a Regional Finance Technology Specialist (based in Singapore) to support the existing regional projects and spearhead future transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the transformation of the finance function in the APAC region and driving the overall digital transformation strategy. Key tasks include business partnering with the finance stakeholders to thoroughly understand the pain points, business partnering with product vendors, identifying opportunities for improvement, and overseeing the end-to-end systems implementations projects. As the organisation evolves, you will also be involved in spearheading future transformation initiatives and driving change.

Due to business requirements, you must have a deep understanding of Yardi Investment Management (Yardi IM) and the investment/fund accounting processes.

Requirements

You have a degree and at least 10 years of experience, with a background in investment/fund accounting highly preferred. To succeed in this role, knowledge of Yardi IM (a key requirement), strong stakeholder management and communication skills, and the ability to lead and influence are critical.
