Location: Near Jurong East MRTWork Week: 5 DaysIndustry: TradingContract Duration : November 2024 - January 2025Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of Trade Finance activities, including Letters of Credit (LC), Documents Against Acceptance (DA), Documents Against Payment (DP), and Inward/Outward Remittances.
• Oversee daily bank transactions, such as payments and receipts, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Prepare and execute daily payment instructions for banks, including loans and TT/GIRO transfers.
• Review and verify supporting documents for all payments to ensure proper authorization and compliance.
• Monitor daily cash and loan balances to manage drawdowns, rollovers, and repayments efficiently.
• Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly finance reports.
• Input and update financial data into the Finance System daily.
• Ensure all transactions comply with internal accounting policies, internal control procedures, and banking regulations.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned by the direct manager.
