Job Description
- Excellent opportunity to join the largest industrial real estate company.
- 9 months contract with an opportunity to extend and convert
- Manages full sets of accounts - AP, AR, GL
- Supports the preparation of quarterly and annual financial reporting packages
- Responsible for monthly closing and reconciliation processes, calculations of interest on third-party loans, GST (Goods and Services Tax) filings, preparation of fund transfers and payment processes
- Oversees intercompany loans, calculates interest on intercompany loans, and manages advances
- Bachelor degree in relevant field
- Experience in full sets and real estate is preferred
- Open to audit with no commercial experience
- Accounting software experience is preferred
