What the role is:[LTA-TRO] EXECUTIVE, WARRANT ENFORCEMENT (9 MONTHS TEMP CONTRACT)What you will be working on:You will be part of the warrant enforcement team within the compliance management division handling warrant of arrest (WA) matters. You will be required to assist the team in areas such as, but not limited to, administrative duties, preparations of ops. You will also be required to handle phone/email enquiries with members of public, related to the WA issued. You may be required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders on WA-related matters.What we are looking for:
- Diploma holder in any discipline, preferably in enforcement
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Good office operations, coordination skillset and able to work independently and as a team
- Pleasant personality with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to engage and handle members of public face to face and via phone calls
- On-the-job training will be given on usage of internal systems
