Finance Executive (AR) - Tampines - Islandwide Transport - $4500 (URGENT)
:
Accounts Receivables
1. Responsible for weekly/monthly invoice posting
2. Prepare Credit Notes and Debit Notes for external customers and intercompany
3. Reconciliation of intercompany transactions and receivable balances
4. Receiving of payment from external customers and inter-companies and matching to outstanding invoices
Banking and Petty Cash
5. Bank payment posting for Salaries/FWL/CPF/VB/AWS and petty cash
6. Posting of non-operating receipts -Grants, GST, employment incentives etc
Others
7. Withholding tax tracking and payment
8. Prepare GST reporting
9. Assist in actual and forecast Cashflow preparation
10. Assist in maintaining Major exporter scheme (MES)
