Our client, a well-established Telecommunications Services Provider is currently inviting suitably candidate to join for the role of Finance Executive, Billing Operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

\xc2\xb7 Ensure monthly bills are issued timely and accurately and sent to customers

\xc2\xb7 Prepare and update customer records

\xc2\xb7 Work closely with service delivery team and sales team on billing matters

\xc2\xb7 Follow up with internal departments on billing disputes

\xc2\xb7 Perform closing activities and ensure timely closing

\xc2\xb7 Follow up with customers to ensure overdue invoices are paid promptly

\xc2\xb7 Perform testing on the order to cash operating procedure and reporting accuracy for migration of billing system

\xc2\xb7 Other adhoc duties assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

\xc2\xb7 Diploma in accounting / finance

\xc2\xb7 1 to 2 years experience in billing / credit collections

\xc2\xb7 SAP acknowledge is an added advantage

\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills both written and verbal, and internal personal skills
