Job Description
Headquartered in Singapore, our client is a reputable equipment distributor with strong domestic and overseas client base. As part of the team expansion, the team is looking for a Finance Executive to join Singapore team.
Responsibilities
- Handle journal entry and transaction posting
- Process invoice, payment and petty cash
- Handle payment schedule for departments - Sales, Expense, Purchasing
- Work closely with outsourced accounting firm on month end closing
- Support annual financial reports
- Ad-hoc matters assigned
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Commerce/Accounting or equivalent
- At least 3 years working experiences in relevant role
- Able to work independently and great interpersonal skills
- Candidates with shorter notice period preferred
