The Opportunity:

  • Permanent role
  • Work location: Taiseng
  • Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
  • Up to $4,000 - AWS + PB
Adecco proudly collaborates with a leading global manufacturer of electronic components. Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, this position offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic and reputable organization.The Role:As a Finance Executive reporting to the Finance Director, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Perform day-to-day operations for AP/AR functions.
  • Handle the entire payable process: suppliers, receivable process: customers, and the local and overseas staff claim processing cycle.
  • Actively monitor AR aging reports and follow up on collections.
  • Maintain and manage the fixed assets register.
  • Responsible for initiating, planning, and administering accounts payable/receivable functions.
Experience Requirements :
The Talent
  • Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in Accountancy.
  • Min. 2 years of relevant working experience.
  • Attention to detail, meticulousness, and a strong team player mentality are essential.
  • Knowledge in Audit Skills / SAP / MYOB preferred.
  • Singaporeans only.
