Position Title: Finance Executive

This is an opportunity to join a renowned family office, we are looking for candidates with accounting and finance backgrounds or knowledge to join the team.

The Job

Assist the investment manager to analyse potential investment deals (public/private equity/venture capital etc.)
Handle registrations and onboarding on digital investment platforms
Update of investments onto Tableau data analytics platform for close monitoring of performance
Month-end closing and monthly management reporting
Assist in yearly budgeting and monthly forecast
Liaise with Auditor and Tax agents for statutory reporting
Any ad-hoc project to be assigned

Requirements

Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking / Business Studies or with professional certificate (e.g. ACCA/CFA/CPA).
Candidates with accounting or finance and investment background / knowledge.
Meticulous and self-motivated.
With good interpersonal skills, able to work well with internal & external stakeholders.
