Job Description
What the Role Involves
- Handling Intercompany and Overseas Agent settlement which inclusive AP & AR
- Sending monthly Statement of Account
- To reconcile Account Payable
- An intermediary and liaising disputed invoice between Overseas Counterparty & interdepartmental PIC. Escalating the issue to RHQ if necessary.
- Posting of AP invoices
- To analyse long outstanding Accrual report
- Handling intercompany audit confirmation as requested by external auditor
- Submitting of Intercompany AP listing (inclusive of accrued cost for frieght and profit share ) to HQ Japan
