Job Description

:

• Process supplier invoices efficiently and accurately.
• Verify local/overseas staff claims including mobile, internet, travel expenses, etc.
• Act as the first approval in the e-claim system for local staff.
• Review and improve internal procedures for accounts payable.
• Monitor AR aging reports and actively follow up on collections.
• Perform dunning and collections follow-up for overdue accounts.
• Assist in resolving queries from suppliers/customers and escalate when necessary.
• Analyze and manage actual expenses/collections against plans, generating analysis reports.
• Administer accounts payable/receivable functions.
• Maintain and manage fixed assets register.
• Calculate sales staff commissions.
• Support new company setup and participate in ad-hoc finance projects.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE A Level or Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Audit Skills, SAP, or MYOB preferred.
• Understanding of IFRS and tax systems advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous and analytical with the ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude, team player, and ability to work independently.
• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
