General : Puttot is looking for a meticulous individual that comes equipped with sound accounting knowledge and key business processes, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a hands-on mentality to join our team. You are responsible for daily accounting tasks. You will collaborate with various stakeholders, retail partners, and team members for and help design processes that will be more effective and efficient. Responsibilities: Responsible for daily bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivables, month-end-closing. Ensure transactions are recorded accurately and timely in compliance with accounting policy. Issue invoices and submission of invoices customer's portals. Process staff claims. Prepare GST reports and submission. Assist with tax filing matters including GST and income tax. Other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned. Requirements: Degree in Accountancy from a recognised university or equivalent Minimum 2 years of accounting experience Training will be provided. Strong organisational skills, attentive to detail and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Only Singaporeans. Other Information: Location: Kallang (MRT Bendemeer) Operation hours: 9am - 5:30pm Flexible working hours. Minimum 3 days per week or 24 hours per week. Permanent part-time position.
