Finance Executive/ Senior Finance Executive Working day& hours: Monday -Thursday, 8am-6pm and Friday, 8am-5pm (44 hours) Salary Range: $3500-$5000 Location: Benoi Road Company transport is provide Finance Executive/ Senior Finance Executive Working day& hours: Monday -Thursday, 8am-6pm and Friday, 8am-5pm (44 hours) Salary Range: $3500-$5000 Location: Benoi Road Company transport is provided from Sengkang, Jurong East and Boon Lay. Based on past record, we have VB of 1-2 months on average. Principal Accountabilities: 1) Able to handle a full set of accounts: . Month-End Closing . Account Receivable . GST . Tax . Annual Audit 2) To perform the following functions :- A) Financial Management, Controlling & Reporting: . Responsible for financial reporting (monthly, quarterly and yearly) to the Group. . Provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting for effective business decision support. . Forecast cash flow. B) Operational Finance & Accounting: . Liaise with operations and Shared Service Center. . Liaise with customers for payment . Upload invoices to intercompany e-portal and tracking on the status . Perform annual stock count. . Perform annual fixed asset count. . Preparing tax returns and corporate reporting requirements. . Liaise with external auditors in preparation for and during annual audit. C) Risk Management, Governance & Control: . Ensure that effective management and internal controls are in place. . Responsibility for compliance reporting and ensuring that significant risks are highlighted, assessed and responded to, in a timely manner (i.e. audit, bank reporting, Enterprise Risk Management, Control Self-Assessment, e-Tender, Group Internal Audit, Third Party Associates etc.) . Maintain strong internal controls, reporting standards and ensure compliance with Group and Company's accounting and reporting requirements. . Any other projects as assigned by management. Requirements: . Minimum 3 years of experience in similar capacity . Strong analytical skills and meticulous and proficient in MS office especially in MS Excel . Able to start immediately/in short notice . Ability to function as a team player . Ability to meet tight schedules and deadlines . Need to be able to handle very detailed and manual work . Possess good working attitude and able to work independently as well as being a proactive team member . Assertive yet tactful with good interpersonal and communication skills .
