Position Title: Temp Executive, Finance Services
Working Location: Tanjong Pagar MRT
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday: 8.30am - 6.00pm, Friday: 8.30am - 5.30pm
Salary: Hourly rated of UP$14/hour
Duration: 6 Months
Key Responsibilities
- To assist in the annual stocktake exercise
- Processing asset transactions in financial system and asset management system
- Schedule appointments with agency and perform physical tagging of assets
- Co-ordinate with agency and disposal vendor for asset disposals
- Ad-hoc/Admin task to support operations
Job Requirements
- Familiar with Microsoft Office
- Good Communication skills
- Organization and attention to detail
