Job Description
key responsibilities include:
Tech/Automation Projects
- Identify business processes that has potential for automation and work with developer on user needs
- Support in the enhancement of the existing RPA/VBA projects
- Perform user acceptance testing for the RPA bots before implementation
- Assist with casting and simple accounting entries
- Checking and reviewing of general ledger listings and verifying source documents to claims
- Providing general administrative duties as needed, including preparations for meetings, liaising with vendors, printing and maintaining proper filing of documents
- Preferably with accountancy/ book-keeping background
- Knowledge of UiPath and Excel VBA is a bonus.
- A service-oriented individual with good communication and interpersonal skills
