About Our ClientOur client is a leading interior design firm serving Real Estate Developers, Hospitality Owners, Cultural Institutions, and private clients across Singapore, Japan, Hong Kong, and China.
Accounting: Manage a full set of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, invoicing, payment processing, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, budgets, and GST submissions.
Project Accounting: Oversee timesheet management and track project profitability.
Procurement: Manage client funds, generate drawdown invoices, coordinate shipping and storage, and handle related financial tasks.
Office Administration: Oversee office operations including reception duties, travel arrangements, office supplies management, courier services, and maintaining a well-organised workspace.
Executive Assistance: Arrange travel, including flight and hotel bookings, visa applications, insurance renewals, and other ad-hoc executive tasks.
The Successful Applicant
Diploma in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
