Jewel Changi Airport Devt Pte Ltd (JCAD) is a joint venture between Changi Airport Group and CapitaLand Mall Asia to manage Jewel Changi Airport. Strategically located in the heart of the airport, Jewel is envisaged to be a world-class lifestyle destination that will enable the Changi air hub to capture passenger mindshare and strongly boost Singaporexe2x80x99s appeal as a stopover point for travellers.We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our finance team. This role is crucial in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective management of Jewel assets.Main Duties/ResponsibilitiesYour duties include the following main functions:1. Vendor Management

• Assist in checking the vendor invoices and supporting documents before transacting in the accounting system
• Assist in routing supplier invoices to obtain payment approval
• Ensure that all approvals comply with the DOA
• Assist in verifying supporting documents for vendor onboarding requests and liaise with processing officer to update Vendor Master Record

2. Staff Cost Claims

• Assist in reviewing the supporting documents for each staff claim.

3. General Accounting & Reporting

• Assist in preparing the bank reconciliation report for review
• Assist in preparing the monthly journal entries for month end closing

4. Any other ad-hoc assigned tasksSkills/Knowledge Required * Candidate must possess relevant professional qualification in Accounting/Finance.

• Proficient in the use of accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Excel.
• Independent worker with good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
