Headquartered in Singapore, Bossjob is a HRTech startup that connects companies in Southeast Asia to pre-screened experienced professionals at a fraction of traditional headhunting fees by removing the need for human consultants. Beginning with the Philippines, our one-stop solution offers instant communication, talent screening, robo-headhunting and more. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with maintaining the full set of accounts including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger
• Assist with balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations
• Follow up closely with internal departments and customers on incoming receipts and overdue receivables
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly closing and quarterly GST submission
• Prepare journal entries and process accounting transactions and reconciliation
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Possess good accounting knowledge
• Team player with drive, initiative and ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels
• Meticulous and great attention to detail
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
• The ability to work in a dynamic, culturally diverse and fast paced environment

Time Period

• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months)
