• Support finance activities, including Goods Inward Note (GIN) matching, data entry, and filing.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Finance Team.
• Participate in finance-related projects as assigned by the Finance Manager.
• Assist in Accounts Receivable (AR) receipt entry for multiple entities.
• Assist in Accounts Payable (AP) related matters.
• Handle other finance-related matters as assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping and finance principles.
• Experience with basic accounting is beneficial.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with strong expertise in MS Excel.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Systematic and efficient in managing filing and database systems.
