Job Description
AP Automotive Services Pte Ltd ("AP") specializes in:
- Accident Insurance Claim
- Servicing and Maintenance
- Buy/Sell New & Used Vehicles
- Vehicle Hire Purchase & Insurance
- Long & Short Term Vehicle Leasing
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with Finance administrative tasks
- Provide general Finance administrative support
- Help with accounts receivable / payable management
- Provide support for budgeting process
- Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial analysis packets for management
- Work closely with the finance team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly motivated with a desire to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Casual working attire
- Able to attend work 3 - 4 days/week (From 9 - 6pm, no OT required)
- Working locations: Tampines Industrial Park and Pasir Ris Loyang (Occasional)
- Comfortable to work within a garage/workshop Air-Conditioned environment
