A regional Experiential Marketing & Strategic Events Agency is looking for Ambitious and Dynamic individuals, with a penchant for hard work in a high stress environment, to join the family.



FINANCE EXECUTIVE - Intern

Handle all Accounts Payable & Receivables duties

Liaise with the business unit for verification of the invoices and costs accruals

Issuance of Intercompany debit and credit memos

Liaise with vendors on payment issues

Provide ad-hoc accounting and other admin assignment

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma in Accountancy

At least 1 year of accounting/finance experience

Proficiency in MS Office application especially Excel

Have strong knowledge with Quickbooks accounting system

Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills and positive attitude

Bilingual in English and Chinese

Must be a team player, independent with self-initiative, meticulous and have strong sense of responsibility
