Job Description

- Demonstrate effective workplace communication
- Produce business document using software
- Process accounting transactions and maintain records
- Manage transaction, process order and payment using accounting or equivalent software
- Perform billing/ collection activity
- Process end of period account closing activity or prepare financial related report
- Perform reconciliation of banking transaction/ accounts receivable/ account payable/ other accounts
- Perform stock take and manage inventory database
- Maintain and manage GST records
