Position: Finance Intern (LOA 2023, Jul - Dec) About Clifford Capital Holdings Clifford Capital Holdings is a specialist financing and distribution platform for real assets globally across the debt capital structure, headquartered in Singapore. It provides innovative and sustainable financing solutions to complement mainstream markets across the entire debt capital structure. The Group has built a globally competitive alternative financing platform closely aligned to Singapore\xe2\x80\x99s economic growth initiatives in the infrastructure, maritime and other real assets sectors, and works in close collaboration with Singapore government agencies such as the Monetary Authority of Singapore, Economic Development Board, Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore and Enterprise Singapore. Position Overview: Reporting to Head of Finance/Financial Controllers, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting the functional job responsibilities below: - Job responsibilities:

  • Assist with monthly financial closing, including the preparation or review of monthly financial close packs with supporting schedules
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly/quarterly management and investors/shareholders reports
  • Assist with the preparation of presentation materials for Board or Management meetings
  • Assist with the preparation of year-end financial statements and liaison with external auditors for the audit of the financial statements
  • Assist with GST and other tax submissions, financial sector development tax incentives and enhanced tax exemptions application and compliance
  • Liaison with legal and compliance department for corporate secretarial matters
  • Participate in system UAT and implementation of Finance projects
  • Collaborate and support cross-functional teams reporting requirement
  • Participate in any ad hoc initiatives as required
Knowledge/ Experience Required:
  • Undergraduate degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification or currently undergoing undergraduate studies
  • Good working knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards, & Singapore corporate tax, withholding tax & GST legislations
  • Supporting team player & able to collaborate effectively across functions
  • Keen desire to learn & attention to details
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
  • Change & continuous improvement mindset
  • MS Office Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Basic financial modelling

Contract length: 6 months Salary: $1,200.00 per month Schedule:
