- Prepare weekly sales data from PBI retrieval.
- Build templates & reports to consolidate data and analyse performance metrics, using Excel.
- Gathering information from different functions and local Finance business partners to assist in the build-up of the annual budget.
- Assist in preparation of different financial models and simulations.
- Support on tracking of Travel & Entertainment Expenses for each function.
- Assist in updating monthly actual Marketing Expenses for all markets using Business Objects (BO).
- Support Finance team with ongoing FP&A projects like cost analysis & profitability analysis.
- Assist in preparing presentation materials to communicate financial information.
- Any other adhoc tasks assigned during the course of work.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Comfortable with Excel.
- Excellent written/verbal communication and diplomacy skills.
- Strong analytical skills and detail oriented.
- Enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Ability to take initiative and be proactive.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
