Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist the CM Director to source for credible strategic and sovereign wealth fund investors
• Assist the CM Director to manage investment bankers and financing proposal
• Assist the CM Director to answer questions from investors
• Assist the CM Director to prepare documents for investors Due Diligence
• Deep understanding of financial models
• Assist the CM Director in other matters like marketing, R&D joint labs, sourcing and incubation of early-stage startups, formation of incubation investment funds
• Strong in risk management, IPO regulations and review of legal documents

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance/ Investment related field or equivalent.
• Relevant work experience at least 3 year
• MSc in Finance or related
• Humble, meticulous and with a good learning attitude
