Requirements Degree in Accounting | Finance , equivalent professional qualifications with at least 4 years of management working experience. Excel and Equip of accounting Standards / IFRS and Best Practices. Handling Finance related systems & Incorporating new finance systems will be a plus Familiar with Financial & Management Report, Experience in SGX-Listed company will also be a plus point Responsibilities Comply with accounting standards and group accounting policies Oversee all financial activities, Including review and analyze monthly and quarterly number and disclosure. Comply with Tax Regulations, coordinate submission of tax return, Where applicable, with an external consultant. Oversee and manage finance team to ensure smooth flow and timeliness of operations Working with country CEO / COO, Across departments to engage Department heads and teams to prepare and review financial budgets, forecast and decisions where required. AP/AR on inter-company agreements Reviews on Revenues strategies and budgeting for New / Existing Svc Managing finance team to country strategic and goals. Ensure smooth incorporation of new process flows of new services. Create, test and review functional requirements and refine financial operating system Analysis for existing finance operations (Efficiency) Manage Credit Control function Process (Robustness & Integrity) Attain Collection targets Growth, alignment and training of staff (Planning | Coaching | Succession) New Projects, Digitize efforts, New Service as and when required Monitor process deviation, Implement corrective & preventive actions in timely manner Set and Monitoring quality and customer centric objectives
