Responsible for full spectrum of the accounting function in the Finance Department.
Funds Management
Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
Analyzing change and advising accordingly;
Ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
Budgeting and Reporting
Responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of financial performance against budget, financial and operational goals submitted to both shareholders;
Assist Head of Departments with the preparation of budget;
Perform all closing, planning and reporting related tasks;
Monitor KPIs, drive cost analysis and variance review;
Assist in financial evaluation of projects;
Analyze financial results to identify risks and opportunities for improvement;
Provide accurate and timely reporting on the financial activity of individual projects;
Review monthly results and implement monthly variance reporting.
Financial Management
Prepare all supporting information for the Board meeting and the Annual General Meetings;
Effectively communicate and present the critical financial matters to the Board of Directors;
Liaise with the Treasurer, Finance Committee and/or Audit Committee as appropriate;
Document and maintain complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions;
Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
Focal Point for consolidation;
Support of operations ramp-up, financial validation of sales campaigns;
Responsible for the Tax Incentives schemes (P.I.C and E.D.B).
Accounting via AHSA and Risk Management
Manage the acquisition of capital assets and ensure that assets are properly recorded, amortized, and disposed of as appropriate;
Oversee the bookkeeping function including maintenance of the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll;
Monitor risk management policies and procedures to ensure that program and organizational risks are minimized;
Ensure compliance with internal financial and accounting policies and procedures.
General
Data Governance Manager
Coordinate with external agencies where necessary to facilitate finance related topics (e.g. BNP, JTC)
Requirements & Skills
Degree in Finance or Accountancy or ACCA or equivalent.
Min. 5 years working experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office, with knowledge in Excel data analysis
Able to handle confidential information discretely and professionally
Meticulous independent team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Highly motivated and able to work under pressure and within tight timelines
