Job Description

Our client is a Sizable and Reputable MNC with solid presence across APAC and the globe. To facilitate their company growth, they are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team.

Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, your responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for maintaining the accuracy and timeliness of the Credit Control Function for APAC subsidiaries
• Support Treasury functions, e.g. cash flows, cash and bank accounts
• Monitor the credit card transactions and ensure the program run smoothly
• Communicating with external vendor and ensure the accounting functions are entered in appropriate matter
• Enhance internal processes and achieve operational excellence
• Looking after the AR, AP, GL functions and any inter company transactions
• Responsible for staff expenses claims, payment and invoices
• Assisting with GST filling and company audits
• Identifying areas of improvement for inventory and cost effectiveness management in the accounting process
• Supporting and communicating closely with internal and external stakeholders
• Assisting with any ad hoc projects

To qualify, individuals must possess:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance or related discipline
• Training in fast-paced environment with audit experiences in sizable auditing firms plus commercial experiences is highly preferred
• At least 5 years of experience with preferably in sizable MNCs would be a plus
• Solid business partnering and stakeholder management skills and understanding of business operations
• Smart, energetic person who is ambitious to strive for excellence
• Excellent communication and presentation
• Dynamic personality with an analytical mindset
