--The Opportunity

• My Client, a reputable MNC in the Manufacturing industry is looking to hire a Finance Manager supporting the APAC region. This role reports to the Financial Controller, APAC
• Office hours: Monday - Friday
• Salary - Up to $9k! (Subjected to experience)
• 12 months contract (renewal subjected to business directions and performance)
• Candidates who are available on an immediate basis will be preferred!
• Location: Ubi

The Talent:

• Experience with using SAP ERP system.
• Skilled in both verbal and written communication.
• Proficient with MS Office applications with in-depth knowledge of MS Excel and other applications.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and internal controls.
• Good knowledge of IFRS and ensure correct application in accounting records.
• Experience with finance projects, especially OneStream system is preferred.
• Experience with process/system improvements is preferred.

This role will be responsible for the APAC general accounting activities to ensure timely closing and reporting of the monthly financial activities following the IFRS and company\'s policy

• Analyze and verify the accuracy of accounting records and financial statements.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing and reporting.
• Reconcile and update accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and financial statements.
• Oversee accounting duties and manage BPO vendor relationships.
• Prepare and review financial schedules and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Coordinate tax return preparation and statutory reporting.
• Maintain cash flow records and projections.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, and tax agents for audits and filings.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Support the Finance Projects Team with inquiries and system mapping.
