The CompanyOur client is a leading Hospitality Trust, looking to hire a finance talent with regional finance experience to oversee a portfolio in reviewing accounting and management reports, as well as support in tax and global ad-hoc projects.Budget$6,000 - $8,000 per month + BonusRequirements

• At least 5 years of experience in overseeing full spectrum Finance, ideally with exposure in managing overseas entities
• SGX experience, an understanding of how intercompany numbers will affect group reporting and Tax exposure (such as reviewing tax structuring, transfer pricing) can be helpful
• Comfortable with working with Europe time zone (e.g. night calls/ meetings)
• Traits: Independent, detailed, proactive, team player, has a positive attitude

Job ScopeReporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible in the review of accounting and monthly management reports, monitoring expenditures and attend to accounting, regulatory and operational issues of the overseas entities in your portfolio. You will work with local stakeholders to monitor and evaluate performance of assets, analyze variances and assist in the monitoring of overall cash flow position. You will assist in quarterly and year-end financial reporting and group audits, ensure compliance with statutory and group policies, and keep up to date with changes in accounting standards and tax regulations.You will also provide support in M&A activities, assisting in due diligence, review tax structure, accounting proforma, transfer pricing matters and review transaction documents.Apply TodayPlease send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number GH12935093, by clicking the apply button.
