Main duties:

  • Payment processing and receipts monitoring for BOSTL.
  • Handle full set of accounts for BOSTL, including journal postings, preparation of monthly schedules, internal reporting to BOSTL management.
  • Cash flow monitoring and expense management
  • Prepare Company\'s monthly and quarterly reporting to OCBC Bank/BOS and annual statutory accounts for BOSTL.
  • Prepare quarterly GST return and perform longer period and reverse charge annual review for BOSTL.
  • Annual GST review for trust structure classification.
  • Prepare annual regulatory reporting to IRAS, MAS; Form 5, Form 6, Form 7, Tax Incentive for Trustee Company ("AR-TC") and ad-hoc surveys/reports.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. external auditor, tax agent) for regulatory and financial reporting/filing for BOSTL.
  • Monthly compilation of external bank portfolios NAV for reporting and tracking of bank statements receipt for trust structures.
  • Handle the fee billing for trust structures including preparing the annual fee billing master template and identify fees (e.g. third party bank fees, capital distribution fees, cost recovery) billable.
  • Review and approve client invoices in the system and liaise with BOS Ops for fee collection.
  • Monthly shareholdings review for trust structures for substantial shareholdings reporting.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects for system enhancement/migration where required.
  • Other duties include onboarding od vendor checks request and monitoring of daily interface status for trust structures.
  • Prepare trust accounts and other ad-hoc duties/projects where required.
Qualifications
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting.
  • 5 to 7 years of corporate finance, GST/MAS reporting experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Conversant with Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel.
