What the role is:The incumbent\'s responsibilities include but are not limited to:What you will be working on:Treasury operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Placement of deposits and purchase of foreign currencies \xe2\x80\xa2 Putting up journal vouchers for related transactions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintenance of authorisation framework with the respective financial institutions. Corporate Finance activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Support for bond issue. \xe2\x80\xa2 Handle matters related to bond coupon interest payments. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide support for matters related to green financing. General Ledger (GL) operations \xe2\x80\xa2 Month-end and year-end financial accounts closing activities \xe2\x80\xa2 Setup and maintenance of the GL chart of accounts comprising GL codes, cost centres, cost elements, profit centres, etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with system consultants to troubleshoot system issues and system enhancements \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist with setup and migration to new ERP system Financial & Management Reporting \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in preparing management reports on financial position, cashflow etc \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in preparing the financial information for the annual report and the financial statements \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare statistical & financial returns for submision to government agencies \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with auditors Others \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in calling quotations/tenders for goods and services to support the administrative functions in Finance Department \xe2\x80\xa2 Any other duties assignedWhat we are looking for:
