Working day: Monday to Friday
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm
Job Responsibilities:
Assist the Group Finance Director in developing, implementing and monitoring the compliance of internal control policies and procedures.
Review consolidated financial statements, management reports and budget variance analysis of the Group.
Co-ordinate and lead the Finance Managers of subsidiaries to perform group financial activities.
Ensure all financial, accounting and analytical reports are prepared according to the management policies and accounting standards
.
Coordinate, participate and deliver insights into the financial reports in the management meeting and board meeting.
Manage relationship with external auditors for financial audits.
Complete and submit all GST returns and ensure compliance.
Review CIT returns to be submitted by Tax Agent.
Lead the preparation of annual budgets, analysis and presentation to Management.
Oversee the costing function for the manufacturing activities in Singapore.
Supervision of local & overseas Accounts staff with full spectrum of accounting responsibilities.
Perform any other tasks as the need arises.
Job Requirements:
Possess minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with 5-8 years of working experience, including experience in manufacturing costing, and supervisory experience.
Prior working experience with Microsoft Business Central is beneficial.
Current CA/CMA membership or equivalent would be an added advantage.
Some travelling within Asia is required.
