Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Engage clinical departments to analyse financials, assess viability of projects, modelling and adequacy of funding approaches
- Produce visually impactful and insightful departmental reports which include productivity, KPIs, projections and other financial analysis
- Participate in annual budget and projection cycles, work with departments to understand opportunities and risks and develop improvement plans
- Be the institutional lead in the implementation of finance initiatives from MOH.
- Ensure prompt and accurate reporting to ministries for grants and claims and internal financial reports, which includes tracking, submission, and reconciliation of claims.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Accountancy, Business or other Finance related
- At least 8 years of relevant working experience
- Experience in healthcare sector or system implementation projects will be an advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel (advanced), VBA Macros, PowerPoint and Word
- Experience with scripting and data visualization tools, such as Python and Power BI is preferred
