Engage clinical departments to analyse financials, assess viability of projects, modelling and adequacy of funding approaches
Produce visually impactful and insightful departmental reports which include productivity, KPIs, projections and other financial analysis
Participate in annual budget and projection cycles, work with departments to understand opportunities and risks and develop improvement plans
Be the institutional lead in the implementation of finance initiatives from MOH.
Ensure prompt and accurate reporting to ministries for grants and claims and internal financial reports, which includes tracking, submission, and reconciliation of claims.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in relevant Accountancy, Business or other Finance related
At least 8 years of relevant working experience
Experience in healthcare sector or system implementation projects will be an advantage
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel (advanced), VBA Macros, PowerPoint and Word
Experience with scripting and data visualization tools, such as Python and Power BI is preferred
