Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Able to developing and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and requirements from HQ
- Managing the company\'s financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Providing financial analysis and recommendations to the executive team to support strategic decision-making
- To Oversee the company\'s cash management, including forecasting and managing cash flow
- Managing relationships with external agencies, including banks, auditors, and investors
- Leading the finance team and ensuring that all financial operations are executed efficiently and effectively
- Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or relevant professional certification preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role; working experience in a MNC environment is preferred.
- Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
- Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with a track record of driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.
