Able to developing and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting standards and requirements from HQ
Managing the company\'s financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Providing financial analysis and recommendations to the executive team to support strategic decision-making
To Oversee the company\'s cash management, including forecasting and managing cash flow
Managing relationships with external agencies, including banks, auditors, and investors
Leading the finance team and ensuring that all financial operations are executed efficiently and effectively
Job Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or relevant professional certification preferred.
At least 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role; working experience in a MNC environment is preferred.
Comprehensive understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards.
Proven expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with a track record of driving financial performance and strategic decision-making.
