Our client is one of digital solutions and services covering capital markets solutions and financial technology services, currently they are looking for Finance Manager to work closely with Finance Director in all aspects of the finance operation business.You will be part of a small dynamic team to build the next generation enterprise grade for digital assets for the financial industry, working as individual contributor and reporting directly to Finance DirectorYou should be result-driven and pro-active in supporting business needs. The successful candidate is responsible for accounting and finance function, including hands-on for the day-to-day accounting operations, preparation of financial and regulatory reports. with good knowledge in Financial Reporting Standards, the Accountant will work towards the requirements of a regulated digital exchange with the compliance team.Key Responsibilities:
Your main roles and responsibilities include, but not limited to, the following:

• Daily transactional accounting for business / trading activities.
• Monthly invoice processing and manage accounts receivable and support commercial and operational matters relating to finance function.
• Prepare management reports, variance analysis, schedules, and reconciliations.
• Monitor cashflows, liquidity and financial ratios to ensure compliance with MAS requirements.
• Prepare MAS reporting under CMSL RMO & PSA and enhance workflows and financial controls.

Skills/ Experience

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accountancy with minimum 12 years of relevant experience possess an accountancy professional qualification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Knowledge of Debt Capital Markets, financial reporting and data mining tools would be preferable.
• Good working knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and tax regulations.
• And strong knowledge in Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and tax regulations as well as MAS reporting (CMAL, RMO, PSA) would be preferable.
• Have good communication skills \xe2\x80\x93 both written and verbal, with the ability to develop strong working relationships with senior business partners, resolving problems cross-functionally across departments and regions
• Solid knowledge of local accounting standards, regulatory MAS and tax reporting and excellent business and commercial judgement, analytical and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment. You should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with problem-solving skill. Intellectual curiosity, strong professional judgment, work independently and have initiative mindset.
