The Company
Our client is a leading FMCG company with stable business growth in the past 20 years and global presence. They have establishing Singapore as the regional headquarter and gained high regard in the markets for the excellent quality of their products. They are currently recruiting for hands-on Finance Manager to lead the finance team, overview the accounting, reporting as well as operations for their growing business.
The Role
Reporting to Accounts Controller sitting in Singapore, you will lead team of 2 direct reports and review of their work in terms of transactional accounting, financial reporting, internal control, and compliance. You will be highly exposed to tax and transfer pricing as well as inventory control and management. Additionally, this role will also be involved in ad-hoc projects and with regional visibility for the overall business lines.
Your Profile
To be a successful candidate, you must have
- Degree in Accounting and Finance.
- CPA or ACCA certification is an additional bonus.
- Min 6-8 years of working experiences are required (Prior Big 4 is highly preferred).
- Experience working with FMCG/Retail/Manufacturing is highly preferred.
- Additionally, you must demonstrate effective communication skills and leadership skills to liaise with international stakeholders.
- System knowledge of SAP will be beneficial.
