Finance Manager (Retail/FMCG, Up to $4500, Tai Seng)
Job Scope:
- Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of targets and budgets.
- Variance analysis of actuals against budget/forecast and develop action plans.
- Ensure the adherence of uniform accounting practices, adequate internal controls, in accordance with the financial policies and procedures.
- Work closely with other functions to proactively manage and resolve business and operational issues effectively and efficiently.
- Manage and provide supervision and guidance to Finance staff.
- Ensure that all invoices are accurately booked into the accounting system, and are supported by the required documents.
- Oversee the approval and processing of expenditures.
- Oversee the inventory management, cost control and cash flow planning for the company.
- Handle monthly closure, audit and tax
- Participate in projects implementation and enhancements, streamlining and documents work procedures and processes, and introduce good control practices.
- Discharge such other duties and responsibilitie
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance or in relavant field
- With minimum 5-10 year of experience in accounting/finance.
