Finance Manager For An International Multi Family Office

Job Description

We are a multi-family office regulated in Switzerland and Singapore. We are looking for a new Finance Manager to oversee all the financial operations of our organization, including accounting, financial reporting, tax, business control and treasury.
Tasks

  • Overseeing the company's fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
  • Assuring legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Preparation of management reports with written narratives to support
analysis and findings
  • Bookkeeping including quarterly reconciliations and year end closings
  • Review the completeness of the financial accounts and cost accounting
  • Record and account for all inter companies transactions, including cost allocation
between companies
  • Liaise with auditors and third-party accountants to ensure due dates are met.
  • Payroll management
  • GST filing, for social charges and pension, income tax
  • Invoicing
  • Working well with the CEO, and COO to develop the strategic plan
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degrees in accounting or finance
  • Experience of at least 5 years in accounting related positions for small or medium sized companies
  • Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management, and general finance and budgeting
  • Experience with budget management, public accounting, and cash flow
  • Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, you can listen, guide, and advise
external and also internal partners
  • Result driven work approach, a high level of flexibility and personal responsibility
paired with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively, and delegate
  • Experience in Corporate Secretarial work for Singapore a plus
  • Experience in Swiss accounting rules a plus
  • Strong understanding of financial markets as well as investment products
