Regional Sales Manager for an Agribusiness Company, Luzon, Philippines
A company in the agricultural business is urgently looking for a Regional Sales Manager. The successful candidate, supervised by the National Sales Manager, will be responsible in ensuring achievement of the business goals and targets in the assigned region by planning and implementing sales strategies and facilitating development of a sales team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness or any business related course
Ten (10) years work experience in Sales; five (5) years of which is a supervisory or managerial role
Preferably from the agribusiness industry such as agri-chemicals, crop protection, fertilizer and breeding
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Effective presentations skills
Must be customer centric, demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills
Strong leadership skills, analytical and goal oriented
Willingness to be based in Northern Luzon and travel within the area
