Summary:
The individual will be required to work closely with the business units and provide support through analysis of the financial and cashflow performance, budgeting and forecasting, as well as financial advisory on business operations, and participate in strategic transactions such as merger and acquisition activities. He/she will also ensure that effective financial controls, processes are in place and adhered to.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for reporting and analysis of performance and trends, including key financial indicators such as return on investments, margins, cashflow management and resource allocations, in order to support business units in optimal decision-making
- Coordinate and participate in budgeting and forecasting exercises
- Establish new and review existing financial controls and procedures
- There may be opportunities to liaise with trustee and authorities on compliance and reporting matters
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments to meet business objectives such as investment etc.
