Our client is a local leading player in healthcare industry. They are now recruiting a Finance Manager to be part of their Finance team to assist the next phase of their business. They are located in the Central-West - easily accessible.
Roles and Responsibilities of Finance Manager:
Manage and review claims for various grants, ensuring compliance with grantor requirements.
Support audit processes conducted by grantors and prepare timely reports for submission.
Track grant utilisation and provide regular updates to management and stakeholders.
Handle accounting and reporting for operational support functions (e.g. facilities management, environmental services, security).
Assist in planning and developing cost recovery strategies, including cost allocations.
Manage a small team to ensure accurate accounting, reconciliation, claims processing, and reporting.
Support annual budgeting and forecasting exercises.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience, with exposure to grants management
Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Excel.
