Job Description
- Responsible for taxation matters including corporate income tax, GST, property tax and handling tax queries from IRAS
- Responsible for treasury matters including loan financing, loan compliance and operational cashflow management
- Work closely with Heads of BU and Operations on budgets, forecasts and operational matters
- Responsible for monitoring and tracking of financial and project budgets
- Provide technical expertise and strong mentorship to team members
Requirements
Posses a degree in Accountancy- Real estate experience is preferred
- Self starter and possess a strong track record in leadership
- Highly motivated individual with the ability to work under pressure and independently in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
